Geoff Posner of Pozzitive Productions Directs Jubilee Concert

Hello Cabin Pressure Fans, a quick note of congratulations and information for you here…

Last night, 4th June 2012, saw the celebratory concert for Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee. This was the climax of the weekend’s celebrations, taking place around the Victoria Monument in front of Buckingham Palace and featuring music stars from all over the world. The show ran through sunset and into the night, ending with a firework display over the palace.

The show was a great success, broadcast live around the world, ran smoothly and was a superb spectacle. Congratulations go to the Director of the evening, Geoff Posner of Pozzitive Productions. Im sure you recognise Pozzitive Productions as the company that produces Cabin Pressure! Geoff Posner makes up half of the founding partnership, the other being David Tyler. Geoff has been widely commended for the show’s success, with the running of the acts being very smooth and the visual side – the staging and projections onto the Palace were fabulous. Of course the last word should go to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II who continues to keep the Great in Great Britain and has done so for 60 years now. No nation could ask for a better head of state and long may her reign continue.
