Cabin Pressure Nominated for TWO BBC Audio Drama Awards!

Great news, friends! Cabin Pressure has today been nominated for two, yes, TWO BBC Audio Drama awards.

Now in their third year, the awards “pay tribute to the cultural importance of audio drama, on air and online”. Cabin Pressure has been nominated in the best scripted comedy and best scripted comedy-drama categories.

Needless to say this is recognition we all know is well-deserved for the show! The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 26 January at BBC Broadcasting House in central London and will be hosted by Lenny Henry and BBC director general Tony Hall.

Obviously the best of luck to John Finnemore, Benedict Cumberbatch, Roger Allam and Stephanie Cole, we’ll all be rooting for you!

Check out what other websites have said – most of them, funnily enough, concentrate on a certain Mr Benedict Cumberbatch’s involvement!
